Invitation letter and Visa


Official invitation

An official letter of invitation to attend the symposium will be sent upon request to those participants with an accepted abstract, requiring it for visa application or other purposes. Please note that such an invitation letter does not imply any obligation, financial or otherwise, by the conference organizers.

If you need official invitation letter please don’t forget that the administration and mailing of the invitation letter takes 30 days, so we can handle only those applications that are sent at least 60 days before the conference. In order to send you the invitation letter we need to have the payment of the registration fee and the accommodation (in case of bank transfer please count 2 weeks for the arrival of the money, in case of credit card payment 2-3 weeks for the revision of the bank). Please note that the Hungarian Immigration might demand other documentation like authentication of your institute, Curriculum Vitae, documentation of publications, etc.

Entry visas are not required for citizens of the countries of European Union, the USA and Canada. Citizens of other countries can obtain a visa at the Hungarian Embassy or Consulate in their country.
